HEALTHY LIVING TIPS

1. Drink as much as possible.
Drink water at least 5 to 8 glasses a day will keep you protected from various penyakit.Diantaranya high blood pressure, diabetes, abdominal pain due to gastritis and so forth.

2. Increase fiber.
In addition to aid digestion, carbohydrates in fiber-rich foods such as vegetables and fruits will increase your energy without increasing fat levels in the body.

3. Exercise regularly.
Regular exercise in addition to burn excess fat and calories in the body, exercise also can loosen tight muscles and relieve stress.

4. Enough Sleep.
During sleep the body will rest with the total. So if the sleep time is reduced, otoamtis body will be weak and easily susceptible to disease.

5. Multiply laugh.
Believe it or not, laughing is a drug that enough
potent against disease! Positive and happy thoughts can affect you both mentally and physically. The happier you are, the more distant future disease attack.
